My dad's little jack russell, Talulah, had her puppies tonight, but they both died. Dad said that the first one was dead and Talulah let him take it out of the box, but she won't let him take the second one. She has it snuggled under her chin and won't let him or any of the other dogs come near. Poor little Lulahbelle...I feel really bad for her.

I am so sorry. My Mom was just telling me yesterday that she was due any time. Words can't express my condolences. She must be devastated, I Know that losing babies affects dogs in a way that we'll never understand.
I spoke with your dad tonight and he still doesn't have the baby away from Lula. I told him to call Dr. Howie tomorrow morning and get professional advice. He says he knows exactly how she feels. He has to do what works best for them but he knows that it has to happen.....I am so sorry things went this way. I was so looking forward to these puppies. Poor Ducky...
It does however go to prove what a great mom Ducky would have been. She's such a sweet little girl, I'm sorry her pups didn't make it.
