A Post Full of Handsome Manliness
Mike was insistent that I take a picture of him with "the F man" this evening and so I thought that I'd better post it, because the two of them are uber cute together. Plus, I think that this picture really showcases the weight that Mike's lost! He's doing so good about making healthy choices and avoiding pitfalls like fast food. YaY, Mikey!

CONGRATS!!!! that is all going to the wayside on vacation, of course....
Mike is looking great---don't tell Furio but Mike is looking better than he is! And not to worry. There are lots of things to eat there and they are not so bad for you.....Good things.....
